not so glamorous, not so easy.

wish i had more time to upload and make my own stuff, but with the insane work load, it's pretty much impossible.

BUT on the plus side, i'm almost halfway through this quarter, then i'll have survived freshman year at art school.

i've also realized that within a year i've improved a thousand fold, and i haven't even gotten to my major classes yet.

sick again, but this time it's only a cold, so it'll be gone in a matter of days.

really homesick, too! i've never been away from home in my entire life, so it's been pretty tough being without my family, especially my mom, with whom i am very close with.

i noticed this a lot here that a lot of my classmates don't really have as close a relationship as i do with my mother. she wants me to call at least once a day to "check in", but i do it more to hear a familiar voice now and again. and her cooking! ugh, college food is crap compared to what i eat at home. i'm spoiled with edible food

MIDTERMS COMIN' UP! not looking forward to that, but other than being stressed and tense by school, i guess i'm pretty good...






i also have a question to those who read these blasted rants: how close are you to your family?
